Ask anyone who knows me, I'm very passionate about nearly everything related to computers.
My hardware and my relationship with it is no different.

Why should this matter to customers?
Every piece of client data is behind 3 firewalls.
2 Hardware Routers (Seimens & SMC brand) & one software firewall (Symantec).

In short your data is *always* secure and that's a HIGH priority to me.
So high in fact, that I run the ONLY anti-virus that does hourly updates instead of Daily
backed by every industry leader.

Monthly & Daily backups
Our in-office servers and backup drives are constantly making copies of all files both offline (locally in the office) and online thru secure backups to an online drive called a "Mesh".

Meet the office work horses:

The Amd Quad Core 9650 Phenom x64

4GB DDR2 RAM
Loaded with 3x 250GB Hard Drives
22x SATA DVD Burner (for backups)
4 cooling fans for less strain
512MB DDR2 Geforce 9400GT
Wireless "N" Network Antenna

In the event of an office fire, this machine has hot swappable SATA drives to pull the most important and recent data and run! This is the main development box.

The AMD x64 5000+ HP Pavillion

3GB DDR2 RAM
360GB SATA Drive
3 Cooling Fans
256MB DDR2 Geforce 7300
Wireless G technology

This machine runs the ranking reports, and link building analysis and competitive intelligence. It's jobs may not be as intense, but probably more valueable than any other job in the office.

Dell Inspiron 1525 Dual Core 1.7Ghz

3GB RAM
80GB Sata
Wireless G
Onboard 256mb video

This workhorse goes where I go, whether on vacation, a business trip or visiting a client, it's 2+ hr battery and Windows 7 operating system always seem to amaze and impress people.

DEC Alpha Server & 1.8GHz P4 Xeon
(The backups!)

Alpha:
2x 18GB UltraWide Hot swapables
4x 500Mhz Processors
Freebsd 6.5 Linux Distro
(Can we say, workhorse again?)

Xeon 1.8Ghz
1.5GB Ram
300+GB internal and external storage
DVD x22 Sata Burner
52x CD Writer

Who says you can't have both? For testing either on linux or Windows Server 2003 RC2, the best of both worlds stand side by side to get the job done. Yes, I can do almost anything with this team!
